The hardest battle I had ever fought was the one where I wasn't allowed to fight.
The sky was still dark, but dawn was slowly approaching. Every instinct inside me screamed to gather my warriors and storm the Coven. Every second that passed made me imagine my mother chained inside that dungeon, waiting for a fate she did not deserve.
Yet I remained standing on the balcony outside our room.

"You're still awake."
