‘What does that mean fated mate? But they have arranged an alliance with some prince. I am really confused mom. Yes I need to find my happiness but before that I should be strong enough both mentally and physically to endure danger’ with the thought of it I hugged the letter from my mother and sat silently for god knows the time.

I heard a knock on the door that brings back from my silent state. Ayana entered the room with simile.

‘Hey teddy bear, you look so worried’ she looked at me in my eyes with affection it in.

I sighed and said ‘I am not worried sweet heart, but trying to put all the new things I learned from my mother into my mind’

She looked puzzled and asked ‘from whom?’

‘Yes dear I got a letter from my mother, she wrote it before she died and asked Aunt Clara to give that on my 16th birthday.’ I placed my head on the bed cardboard and sighed.

‘That’s awesome teddy, but why on your sixteenth birthday, I don’t understand’ she stated and was clearly under imagination of her own things.

‘Sweet heart I need to tell you something, will you accept me rather than what I am?’ I asked her.

She looked more confused and said ‘nothing matters more you are always my teddy bear’ with her bright smile.

I hope this smile would last forever after saying what I am.

‘Ayana what do you think of supernatural creatures’ I slightly started the topic. We haven’t even discussed about this earlier.

‘Hmmmm what to think of them, I saw it in many films some are really dangerous monsters and demons while some are fairy gods’ she shrugged her shoulder as it’s just like that.

‘So why do ask about it now’ she continued.

‘Ok sweet heart do you have any opinions about witches, werewolves or fae like that’ I asked her.

‘Nothing personal teddy, it’s just in more movies and really love the way the movie goes different than our human world’ she said with excitement in her words.

Oh yes I know she loves to watch movies with different story or world. That excitement gives me a little hope to open up to her as she already know about my father.

‘Sweet heart I am a werewolf’ I just put it out loud.

She looked at me confused and started laughing ‘Oh teddy, my dear teddy, you asked these questions as you really wanted to say that you are a werewolf. You know what I have already guessed that you should be a werewolf since your father is a werewolf.’

I sighed in relief and asked ‘But how?’

‘I had seen many films related to werewolf teddy, so I already thought about it. But I had a question, why did you say it now?’ she asked.

‘Actually I was planning to say to you and Aryan, but Aunt asked me to wait till my Sixteenth Birthday’ I said.

‘But why on your Sixteenth birthday’ she looked clueless.

‘Because I gained my wolf only today’ I said.

Her expression changed from excitement to shock and again to excitement. She is a whole new piece.

She asked ‘how does your wolf look like, does she have name, will she speak’ a dozens of questions started to arise from her.

‘Calm down sweet heart, I only spoke to her today. Her name is Cassandra. As for wolf I dint see her nor do we shift’ I said to her with a smile seeing how excited she is.

‘Cassandra what a beautiful name, can I see her’ she asked.

‘No sweet heart, we will only shift on the upcoming full moon’ I said with plain expression.

She noticed that and asked ‘what is it teddy?’

‘I really don’t know anything about being a werewolf nor about the shifting’ I Sighed and continued ‘I wish my father could be there with me on shifting’ I just said.

She comforted me and hugged me. ‘Don’t worry teddy you will know it when the time comes’ she said with a smile on her face.

That’s what my wolf also said to me. So only these two were my special friends and only friends I have.
