Klaudh and Azarael listened as tharros narrates the rules and regulations to them.

The next day arrived quickly and the guys met the girls during breakfast.

Azarael eyes darkened as he heard Uriel’s comments,he was about to speak up when the announcement came up that breakfast was over.

They all gathered at the training ground where the headmaster Orion addressed them. Klaudh noticing Azarael bad mood decided to talk to him

What’s wrong klaudh asked,Azarael refused to say anything just staring at the floor. After contemplating Azarael decided to speak up. Klaudh laughed so it’s about what Ariel said m. Why don’t you tell her about your feelings.

As they were discussing Uriel and Esmeralda came to meet them.

Esmeralda pointed to the two guys who were talking to Orion.

While Esmeralda and Uriel were fangirling they were quickly snapped out from their fantasy when Orion announced they were going to battle with the top 4 students in the entire school.

Esmeralda and Uriel who realized they were going to fight the two guys were blushing so hard which annoyed Azarael to the core.

The duel started Azarael began attacking the guy with grey eyes which was apparently Uriel’s crush.

While Uriel and Esmeralda were battling 2 girls they were quickly overpowered, the other group combined their power and attacked the four of them. Esmeralda quickly casted a protective spell around four of them. The attacks became so powerful that they hand to set 20 fold of barrier to stop the attacks from going out the fighting area.Azarael eyes changed from emerald green to black as he charged towards gux the grey eyed boy hitting him across the barrier. Seeing that Azarael was going to far klaudh had to stop him.

Time to finish this battle Uriel said while looking at Esmeralda. Esmeralda smiled and place two fingers on the floor,her eyes changing from blue to purple burned with intensity. Purple flames surrounded the fighting ground.

After she finished casting the spell the other group flew out of the training ground.

Orion was amazed at the ferocious clash between the two groups. Uriel came out of the fighting area and knelt down beside Gux her angelic healing energy flowing into his battered body. His wings once radiant and strong now lay injured and still.

I’m so sorry Uriel said to Gux with tears in her eyes. Gux gazed at Uriel don’t be sorry, I’m pretty weak compared to you guys.

Don’t say that we have two blooodlines and you have one you are pretty strong to go against us head on,Esmeralda said while walking towards them.

Let’s take him to the infirmary esme,klaudh said.

Esmeralda looked at Azarael who was far from them clenching his fist.

Azarael turned and left and Esmeralda quickly followed him.

Azarael she called thrice as she got closer to him he enveloped himself in his shadows and disappeared.

At night time Esmeralda gazed outside the window she saw Azarael sitting on the rooftop of the boys dormitory. She appeared beside Azarael in an instant.

Where’s Uriel Azarael asked immediately. She’s at the infirmary taking care of Gux,you really went to far Azarael.

Azarael watched as Uriel took care of Gux his expression darkened as he vanished.

Days passed and Gux injuries healed till they were barely noticeable. Uriel was shaken about what happened as she walked beside klaudh and Esmeralda in the hallway

Azarael has been looked for you klaudh said while staring at. "I know."

Esmeralda picked up on the tension. "Uriel, what's going on?"

"Nothing," Uriel replied

Klaudh exchanged a knowing glance with Esmeralda. Azarael thinks you're avoiding him."Esmeralda said

Uriel's silence was her response.

As they turned a corner, Azrael leaned against a nearby pillar, his eyes locked onto Uriel.

"Uriel," Azrael called out, his voice laced with concern.

Uriel walked past Azrael without a glance.

Azrael jaw clenched. "Uriel, wait." He called

Esmeralda and Klaudh exchanged glances.

This could get complicated." I hope the solve this soon Esmeralda said with a concerned tone

Azrael caught up to Uriel. "What's wrong? You're ignoring me."

Azrael's face darkened. So it’s all about him,you ignored me for the past 3 days and still trying to apologize to you and all you think is about Gux. What about me riel have you ever wondered how I felt when you refused to talk to me
