“Did you find Rose?” Lucas asked his friends.

“No.” Marcus said irritably.

“Did you two do something back then that made Rose run away?” Anny asked jokingly.

“Where is that guy?” Lucas asked.

“He must have gone home. I saw him leaving the class.” Anny said.

“Rose must have left too. We should look for her outside.” Marcus suggested.

“Hey, I just remembered that I saw that guy named Kiran standing in the parking area.” Anny said quickly.

“i***t! And when were you going to tell us about this?” Marcus asked irritably.

“I forgot. We were all so busy looking for Rose that it slipped out of our mind.” Anny said with a nervous laugh.

“Looks like I'll have to fix your mind. Come here, i***t!” Lucas ran to kill Anny.

But Anny quickly hid behind Randy. Marcus stopped Lucas.

"We should not waste time. Let's go to the parking lot." Marcus said, holding Lucas's arm.

"Okay. Let's go." Lucas said, agreeing.

"You both go. We will also go home."Lucas said.

"As you wish." Saying this, Marcus started walking out of the school with Lucas.

Anny and Randy also sat in their car and left. Marcus and Lucas both started going to the parking area.

"What was that in the canteen? You were frozen in one place and your face was as red as a tomato." Marcus asked while walking.

"I don't know... but I'm drawn to Rose's eyes. Do you know that because of that stupid mask Rose is wearing I can see her eyes more clearly now? Her eyes are dark green with a slight shade of blue. I've never seen such beautiful eyes on any girl we have s*x with." Lucas said, remembering Rose's eyes. And then a blush spread across his face again.

"Well, that's so. So I would love to see those eyes too. Lucas, have we ever seen her this close before? I mean she's our best friend, we never noticed her clothes or the way she looks. Why do I feel like we miss so many things about her?" Marcus sighs helplessly.

"That's what we did, that's probably why she's angry at us. But not anymore. She could break off our friendship at any time. And I'm not sure I could handle that. She's our only female friend who never complained or demanded attention like the other girls do. She's not after our father's money like the others. She's pure and we can't lose her." Lucas said, laughing lightly.

"Dad is throwing a party for our 19th birthday. Why don't we ask Rose's parents to bring Rose with them? We'll spend some time with her and get her to talk to us and we'll try to win Rose's friendship back." Marcus thoughtfully and said with a big smile.

"Good plan. We'll definitely work on it…" Lucas smiled too.

Marcus looked around.

"Did you see that boy? I didn't see him anywhere. Did Anne fool us?" Lucas asked, irritated.

"Maybe she's making out with that idiot." Marcus chuckled softly.

Lucas felt a strange pain in his chest just thinking about it; his fists tightened in anger, and his sharp jawline became even more prominent. Marcus' eyes widened seeing his twin brother's reaction. Lucas kept his eyes on the school door. Suddenly he closed the car door that he was about to get inside.

"What happened?" Lucus asked.

"Something's wrong. Look it's that guy, isn't it? But why is he alone?" Marcus pointed to Kiran who was walking out of the school.

"Let's find out." Lucas ran up to Kiran.

"Let's find out." Lucas ran up to Kiran.

They both stood in front of Kiran, blocking his path. Kiran looks at them both irritatedly.

"What did you want?" Kiran asked.

"Your balls if you talk s**t!!" Lucas said in a threatening tone.

Kiran was shocked by the sudden attack.

"Where is Rose? Isn't she with you? Where is she now?" Marcus asked in a serious tone.

"She says she'll go out first. Maybe she was in the parking lot." Kiran said casually.

"We were in the parking lot for a while. We never see her around." Lucas said.

"Oh…." Kiran pulled out his phone and started to call her.

After two rings she picked up the phone.

"Rose, where are you? Oh… in the girls' room? I'll be there… s**t-s**t-s**t!" Kiran hung up the phone and started running straight back to the school.

"Hey, Wait for us!!" Lucas and Marcus ran after him.

The three of them ran towards the girls' bathroom. They heard a door-banging sound. Someone was inside banging the door loudly.

“Rose! Open the door. It’s me… Kiran.” Kiran banged on the door and shouted.

Marcus and Lucus look at each other in surprise.

“Is Rose inside?” Marcus asked Kiran.

“Yes. She is inside. Please, open the door. Someone else is inside with her.” Kiran said in panic.

“Who is inside? Rose!” Lucas knocked on the door. Now both of them began to worry for Rose.

“Move aside!” Lucus pushed Kiran aside and kicked the door with full force.

Lucas kicked the bathroom door latch and the door opened. First Lucas and then Marcus followed by Kiran ran into the bathroom.

Lucas saw Rose's bag lying on the floor and there was no one else in the bathroom. Kiran panicked and started opening the toilet doors one by one. The first two opened but the third door was closed.

"Rose! Are you inside?" Kiran asked.

Marcus climbed the toilet wall and looked inside. He saw Rose, scared. He quickly came down.

"Rose is inside," Marcus said quickly.

"Rose, I am Kiran. Open the door." Kiran said in a very soft tone.

"Move aside. I will talk." Marcus pushed Kiran back and stood near the door.

Kiran wanted to stop Marcus but he was also worried about Rose. So he quietly started looking for Mike.

"Rose, this is Marcus. Please open the door. Look, there is no danger outside." Marcus called out to Rose gently.

“Should I break the door?” Lucas asked.

“No. This will scare her even more.” Marcus said, stopping Lucas.

At that moment, the toilet door opened slowly. Both of them saw that Rose came out of the door, scared, and hugged Marcus standing in front of them tightly. Marcus looked at Lucas in surprise. He held Rose tightly to his chest.

“Don’t be afraid. I am here.” Marcus whispered lovingly into Rose’s ears.

Rose hurriedly moved back when she heard Marcus’ voice. She bumped into Lucas from behind. Before Rose could move to the other side, Lucas held her tight in his arms.

At first, Rose struggled in his arms. She was very tired, so she loosened up in Lucas’s grip. Let him hug her. She feels warm.

Kiran, who had gone in search of Mike, returned.

“Hey, leave Rose.” Kiran tried to take Rose from Lucas’ arms.

But Marcus stopped Kiran from coming forward.

"Stay where you are," Marcus said sternly.

“But you are scaring her even more,” Kiran said, pointing towards Lucas.

Before Marcus could say anything, Rose pushed Lucas back and she stumbled and hugged Kiran. Kiran held Rose tightly.

“Kiran, I want to go home,” Rose said in a tired voice.

“Okay. We are going home.” Kiran said this and started walking out holding Rose in his arms.

“Wait. You…” Lucas tried to stop Kiran.

“Lucas, let them go.” Marcus stopped Lucas.

Kiran took Rose and went away from there.

“But…” Lucas wanted to say.

“You did not realize how scared she was. Right now she needs rest. We will see her tomorrow.” Marcus said, explaining to Lucas.

Lucas did not say anything further. He just went away from there in anger. Marcus picked up Rose's bag lying on the floor and he also went out.
