Chapter 1 - The Beginning

Breakfast is ready, Alysia and If I have to come up there and wake you up AGAIN, you will not like it. Jenifer Alysia's mom yelled. "UGH" Alysia groaned as she threw the blankets off the bed and slowly got up. Last night was the worst, tossing and turning as always the night before the first day of school. When Alysia looked at the time, it said 5:50 am and her brother would show up at 6:30 AM to pick up her and her sister Selene. Ryder was a senior and Selene was a junior while Alysia would be starting sophomore year. Alysia rushed into the shower not wanting her mom to come up here and get grounded again. 

After taking a cold shower because Selene probably used ALL the hot water again. Selene was 17 and was probably the meanest out of all her siblings. Alysia went into her closet to decided what to wear. Alysia wasn't skinny but she wasn't fat. She had an hour glass figure but her boobs was a C cup and her Butt was a little bigger than average. She had long brown hair with brown skin. She grabbed a pair of jeans and loose fitting t-shirt with some flats before grabbing her bookbag and running downstairs. 

"aaah" Selene yelled as she and Alysia collided into each other in the hall as Alysia came running down. "Watch where your going or your gonna mess up my hair" Selene said as she went into the living room. Shaking her head, Alysia went into the kitchen to grab a bagel her mom toasted and buttered for her. Selene was always so concerned about her looks. She spent two hours every morning doing her hair and makeup and wore shirts that were too small. Today Selene wore a super short skirt and Crop Top with a small white sweater and had her hair straightened. One day she is going to go bald with the amount of times she straightens her hair, Alysia snickered to herself. 

"BEEEEEP" "BEEP" Ryder honked his horn outside. Alysia crammed the rest of the bagel in her mouth and ran outside. As she got in the backseat, she just hoped today would go by fast so she can be back in her bed and go to sleep by 8 tonight. 

When she got to school, she ran to the gates to meet up with Priya and Kal who were waiting to go to their lockers with her. They were all in the same row. Priya was short, petite, had black hair and light brown skin and was super shy and stayed to herself. Priya and Alysia met when Priya's mom moved her and her little brother next door to Alyssia when she was 2. They became fast friends and inseparable since then. Kal was the opposite, he was popular, on the football team, tall and muscular with dark brown skin. His mom and Alysia mom were high school best friends and even though Kal was popular and Alysia was not he still hung around with her letting everyone that was his best friend. Kal and Priya weren't exactly best friends. Priya and Kal had a crush on each other but was too ignorant to tell each other, so Alysia just watched them look at each other wondering if they would finally admit their feelings. 

"I've gotta meet the team before 1st period" Kal said before punching Alysia on the arm and running. 

"are you ever gonna admit you like him?" Alysia asked Priya. "we are gonna be late" Priya said without acknowledging her question. 

Shaking her head, Alysia let Priya pull her away but not before someone ran into her. 

Catching herself from falling, Alysia looked up to who she ran into. It was none other than Roshni. "aren't you going to apologize for running me over fatass" Roshni said as she laughed. Before she could even say something smart back, Priya was at her side. "that was my fault, I was pulling her and she was caught off guard" Priya told Roshni before grabbing me and make a beeline to the library. As I looked back, I saw Roshni smirking at me, then grabbing her boyfriends hand and walking towards the stairs. Her boyfriend was none other than Kris Kapoor who was also laughing. They were considered the popular kids. Mean to anyone who wasn't rich or popular like them. For some reason, Roshni had it out for her ever since 2nd Grade when Alysia pushed her. Alysia couldn't even remember what happened but Roshni definitely hated her.
