"May I present Coraline!" I get out of Cat's way as she walked down the stairs.

"Knowing Diego he's gonna do, taken, single, taken, and single."

"Then Little Red Riding Hood!" Called it. Yas smiled as she walked downstairs nearly busting her ass on the last step. D and I stifle laughs as she looks back at us, before walking into the kitchen.

"She doesn't know if she wants to be naughty or nice, so she chose both!" D cling to the wall as walked downstairs and doing a little cheer when she didn't fall or anything.

"Finally the Baddest Black Barbie you will see tonight!" I roll my eyes and walk down, strutting out when my sneakers touched the ground, I turn around with my shades down and give the others a wink.

"We look, good guys! Come on it's 6:30, we got a party to get to!" D said with her arm around Payton. He had devil horns, fangs, a red suit with a black shirt underneath, and red dress pants, he had a tail and a red trident. Ay, he dressed up nice.

Cat and Shawn were talking in hushed whispers, but he really looked like Wybie. The black jacket, black gloves, faded jeans, and calf-high boots. He even curled his hair. One-hundred percent dedicated. I love it!

Finally turning to Darren I'm not sure what he's supposed to be, but he looks good, like really good. His hair is in its usual ponytail, but redone, he has his diamond stud earring in, he's wearing a jean jacket with a blue and white tie-dye pattern shirt, white ripped jeans, and the same sneakers I was wearing.

"Darren, who are you supposed to be?"

"Barbie needs a Ken, so I decided to be the Ken to your Barbie." I'm so slow! He's matching me exactly, these three dumbasses planned this.

"You look really good." I say eyeing his outfit once more.

"You look gorgeous," He says back without any hesitation and my face erupts.

"Everyone has everything right? Good, let's get in this Uber and get going." D asks and cheers, breaking Darren and I's little moment. The eight of us walked downstairs and out. I stayed back with Darren to lock up.

"You could've gone a head."

"Did you want me to?" I stayed quiet, "Exactly. Come on, let's get in." I stayed quiet still as I followed him to the car. Everyone was tucked into the back so Darren and I sat in the front row with each other. Everyone else was talking and laughing, but I was getting a weird vibe from Darren.

We reached a large gray house with a light fog surrounding the railings, but the railings had lights to counter it, along with the jack-o-lanterns sitting on the porch or hanging up. There were cobwebs and spiders and a sign saying .

"This is it! This looks so cool!" I say excitedly as I stepped out of the minivan, followed by Darren, then Yas and Diego, then Shawn and Cat, finally D and Payton.

"Facts, I can't wait to get inside!" Cat said as we walked up the stairs.

A man was standing at the door, he was probably a bouncer of some sort.

"Good night, two dollars per person, we changed the pricing last minute, so now it's two dollars." So much better than the prices they had before.

I hand him a twenty and told him the change can be used for the next people who come through. We entered and the first thing I see when we entered was a purple and red light with little dots all around the room, there were steps and we followed them upstairs to a door. Opening the door loud music was playing, people were dancing and talking. There were food and drinks. There were decorations and streamers around the room.

I smile as I enter, looking at the costumes everyone was wearing, the group splits off from each other to look at the different things in the room. I head towards the food to see what's there.

"I hope you aren't gonna be a fly on the wall." A voice said from behind me and I turned around to see Diego.

"I'm not planning to be one tonight. I need to eat first and what about you? Mr. I-don't-like-to-leave-my-house."

"That was a low blow," he said stealing some chips off my plate.

I shrug and get some cookies before heading to a table to eat my food and Diego with his own plate, "Look at us being flys on the wall." Diego said munching on his chips.

"This happens every time." I sigh eating more, "So you had the plan of matching Darren and I. Like our clothes."

"Nope, I'm staying out of it. " he drank his drink while giving me a side-eye glance. I rolled my eyes, just then a boy and a girl come to over table.

"Hey, sorry to disturb you, but we were wondering if you'd join our small group to go party in a different part of the house." I looked over at Diego and he looked infatuated with the boy. The guy had tanned skin, curly brown hair, dark brown eyes, and a bright smile on his face showing off his perfect white teeth. He wore a light gray t-shirt, black jeans with tan calf-high boots, with a black and red hooded cloak. Cute looking.

"Yea. I'm down and so is my friend Diego."

"Diego? I like it, it rolls right off the tongue." I don't know s**t about flirting, but that seemed like flirting.

"Thanks, I got it for my birthday," Diego said smiling back at the boy in front of us. I looked at the girl, she had brown skin, black faux locs, orange-red eyeshadow which made her dark brown eyes pop, lipgloss on her full brown/pink lips, she wore a golden necklace saying Nexis and an orange-red loose off the shoulder, loosely gathered sleeve dress with a trimmed bodice, and a gathered overskirt. Not gonna lie, she's kinda cute, and her costume is amazing.

"Think we should leave them be and head to the other party?" Nexis laughed as the boys flushed red.

"We shouldn't tease Joseph and Diego too much. I'm Nexis."

"I'm Kalina, nice to meet you." Diego wiggled his eyebrows at me this time and I flipped him off.

"Well let's go, there's already a handful upstairs, come on." Nexis and Joseph ushered us up the stairs. Diego and I enter a room with candles floating from the ceiling and illuminating the room. I see the group and some other people.

"We got some more people! Let's play spin the bottle!" Nexis called out holding a bottle. I should have taken some alcohol if I knew we would be playing this s**t.
