NOVARIA'S POV I stood by the bedroom for a moment, watching as Sylvester and Collins disappeared out of the room The moment the door clicked shut behind them, silence settled over the room almost immediately. I stared at the closed door for a few seconds longer before letting out a small sigh. Just then, my stomach chose that exact moment to betray me. Growl. I pressed a hand against it. "Okay, okay. I get it," The truth was, I hadn't eaten anything since waking up. Pulling my oversized sweater tighter around myself, I headed downstairs. The mansion felt unusually quiet that morning.
