Bruta held Nimueh hands and said its like a dream to him seeing her again, she looked into his eyes and smiled. Bruta told her to go and rest for the night, but they both struggled to let go of their hands. That same night, Lancelot told Arthur about his feelings for Nimueh, that he would like to make her his wife, Arthur smiled and said it would be good she marry him, because he is his bosom friend, but its her choice to choose who to marry, but nevertheless he wish him the best of luck. The next morning Nimueh went to the kitchen to get her pitcher in other to get some water from the stream, but it was not in it usual spot. She turned as she felt someone's presence behind her, it was Bruta holding the pitcher, he greeted her and said he had been waiting for her, she returned his greetings and asked him to lead the way. As they were almost close to the stream, Nimueh held Bruta's hand and told him to follow her, then they digressed from the path of the stream. Bruta followed her without the knowledge of their destination, then she brought him to a beautiful water fall with lovely flowers all over the place, Bruta was amazed and he asserted how beautiful the place is, he turned to Nimueh and said her eyes are more beautiful than the place. They spent an amble time together talking about their child hood, the things they enjoy and the things they detest, and it was obvious to them that they were birds of the same feather. Then Bruta told Nimueh that he is a prince of EALDOR, but it was unbelievable to her, because of the simplicity she noted in him, then she said she thought Lancelot was the Prince because of his comportment, Bruta replied that Lancelot is also a prince because he is his younger brother, she further said she noticed his closeness to Hunith, then Bruta said Hunith is his right hand man. After spending time at the scene they returned to the stream for the water and then they returned to the house. At their arrival they saw Arthur and they exchanged pleasantries. Nimueh called for Arthur's attention, while he was discussing with Lancelot. She told him that it was Bruta that gave her the royal pitcher she returned home with when she was little, Arthur was amazed, then he asserted that the world is small after all, Nimueh further told him that she is in love with Bruta. Though Arthur was not really pleased that his sister loved Bruta, because he preferred Lancelot to him, then Arthur said, her happiness means a lot to him, if Bruta is the man she wants to be with, its fine. Bruta, Lancelot, Hunith and Arthur were having a good time, then Bruta told them about Nimueh, that he would like to marry her, but Lancelot was shocked to his bones.
