Weird First Encounter

Lee's POV

Just as I was Leaning down to kiss her, dont ask my why, i just had an an urge to do it. i was inches way and "OMG! Hunny, are you ok? my poor baby..." Her parents entered the room, i moved so quick to the chair next to her, she was bright as a tomato, it was cute and funny. i sat with a smirk on my face and stood shaking her dads hands. "She was hurt bad at school by a girl called Jessica, i brought her here as soon as i saw her on the ground." i nodded sounding caring, i couldnt have her parents hate me straight away. i moved away from the chair so her mum could sit next to her. i stood by the exit of her room and smiled.

" it was lovely to meet you both but i must leave now so my mother doesnt worry, hopefully we meet again. see soon harleigh" She just looked at me confused and just smiled and waved. i left and took a long sigh, what was i thinking going to kiss her. i need to get away. i went to the park down the road from my house, there were people there from school, seemed like my crowd so i walked over.

"Hey, anyone got a fag?" i sat down and they all looked at me "youre the new guy arent you? you picked harleigh up from the ground and took her away from jess right?" i sat there and nodded, i was trying to figure out a reponse until a girl came sat next to me and handed me a fag. "thats pretty cool of you, jess is such a b***h and Harleigh always gets hassle from her. maybe if youre friends with harleigh you could bring her here one day, she seems cool." she smiled and lit the fag for me. " i mean i guess we are friends but ill try and convince her but shes at hospital for a few days so"

It had been a couple hours and im not gonna lie to you, I was a bit tipsy from hanging out at the park.

I decided to go see Harleigh at the hospital, I can just tell the doctors im her boyfriend, that wont harm for one evening surely. I stood up straight and tried my best to look sober. To my shock they let me in and I walked up to her room and stood by the door, her room was dark but she had a light on above her head. Her red hair shining, her eyes glistening as she reads her book, she looked like this the first time I saw her. I chuckled and walked towards her.

"Hey there dollface, thought I would come see how you were doing" I smirked and sat next to her on the bed, she looked a bit shaken up and shocked. I lifted my legs and rested my head on the pillow. " Um.. hi Lee? what are you doing here?" She used a soft tone, which was funny, I couldnt help but chuckle, I turned my head to look at her."Is it bad that I wanted to make sure that you were ok? I mean Jessica got you pretty bad" her head turned to look at me and she glared like she wanted to kill me.

 "Hey listen I really did wanna make sure you were ok, plus I was at the park tonight and few people said they knew you. They want me to bring you when you're better" I chuckled again and rested my head back closing my eyes. " Now just read your book, im just gonna lay here and give you a bit of company" I was hoping she smiled, I could feel getting comfy and rested her head on my shoulder. She was something different for just letting Jessica get her own way. I probably would have fought back but then again Harleigh did seem like the type of girl to just keep to her self.
