The Mysterious Bad Boy

Harleigh's POV

The loud ringing of my alarm was torture to my ears. why was school even a thing? it doesnt do anything but put people in Cliques and and bore us for 5 days a week. I climbed out of bed and lazily walked to the bathroom getting dressed and ready for school, once I was ready i ran downstairs and turned on the radio full volume, toaster on and taking a sip out of the glass of orange juice on the side. my parents have already left for work, they leave very early so i only ever seem them in the evenings. I begin to eat my toast and place my feet in my shoes doing up my laces, I want to be early so I dont have to deal with anyone.

"Hello? why arent you here yet, like seriously Mai" I said down the phone as I put my jacket on and grabbed my bag. Mai was my cousin, she helped around the school with kids who needed extra help, she was so inspiraing. I wanted to be like her but she was stunning and well I wasnt. "Im just pulling up outside, calm down. just be quick" and with that she hung up and I ran outside.

The car journey was quiet but nice, as soon as we arrived I thanked her and gave her a hug and left walking to my locker. While I was walking to my locker I felt eyes following my every move, I didnt want to look around so I just kept my head down and continued to walk. When i get to my locker I bump into someone and look up to see a guy, a hot guy might I say leaning against my locker staring down at me, I suddnely blush and look away, what is happening rn.

"U..U..Um excuse me, you're against my locker" I said shyly and awkwardly as I held my bag closer to my chest, he chuckled and took a step back letting me open my locker. "So you look pretty last night" His voice was deep and soothing, it made you wanna melt. He then moved from behind my locker and stood behind me. With that I turned around and tilted my head "Um what did you just say to me? Who even are you?" I think I propably had a wobbly voice as he just stood there and smirked, I was baffled, what did this guy want and why talk to me? there are loads of stunning girls here. He leaned closer "Im new here and I was gonna ask you to show me to the main office" I just looked at him blankly.

"Me? why not one of those girls?" I looked over to Jessica and her minions which were glaring at me, they hate me because back in year 8 the new kid Josh spoke to me and became my friend until half way through and he got hot, she still wont let it go. I looked back up at him and waited for a repsonse. As i studied his face he licked his lips and looked over to them, I was happy that he was gonna leave until the words i didnt want to hear came out of mouth. " I will be with those ladies another time, I asked you"  He said, stern and stubbonly. I really couldnt put my figure why he chose me but I shrugged my shoulders and closed my locker ldeaing him to the office. "So, you know any good places to chill out in?" He kept trying to make coversation but every time he did i just shrugged my shoulders. Before we entered the office I turned to look at him.

"What did you mean when you said I looked pretty?" He looked at me and smiled "Because I was outside byt your house" And he walked into the office without another word.
