May I have this dance

Jace's pov

I watch her talking to some of the guests and I notice a big bright smile on her beautiful face. Alec was looking good wearing a tight black dress and red bottom heels, I noticed some of the males looking at her, I felt a ping of jealousy. So I decided that I was going to go over and talk to her, what's the worst that can happen right. As I walk over to her the smell grew stronger more intoxicating, it was like a drug. she seemed so happy but as I grew closer I could see the shine in her eyes and how they showed happiness as she talked to the people.

Alec's pov

I notice the sweet smell getting closer and as I turned towards it I see Jace getting closer with a big smile.

" Hey you're Alec right," asked Jace

"yeah"

" I was wondering if you would like to dance"

"I would love to dance"

Jace's pov

SHE SAID YES, god I'm glad she said yes. we walked to the dance floor aka the front room. we danced and talked for a while she even gave me her phone number.
