“Breakfast!” Penn squealed. “Mountain berries.” I found them down by the creek. “Berries, Creek!” Now I was squealing. Willow had a grim look, “How do we know the berries aren’t poisoned?” Penn corrected her, “You mean poison, not poisoned.” Willow stared at Aurora, “I know what I said.” Aurora picked the largest of the berries and popped it into her mouth and began chewing. “Not poisoned.” She looked at Willow with a smile. We dove into the berries and Aurora’s full waterskin. All except Willow. “After we finish the berries, we should get moving.” Clerebald had a plan. “We can use the creek to follow it downstream.
