“Lexi, you look amazing,” I looked up with a smile, already feeling exhausted. I did a lot of preparing this last month, wanting everything to be perfect. It was different than usual, but I wanted to make sure Jaiden felt like he belonged, that he was important, and that he was special. I did lots of research and studied different Asian weddings, the traditions, to make sure our wedding had some of his heritage in it.
