Mark's POV
After everyone left, I cleaned up. Gray was laughing most of the time for her friends. I needed to see that smile and hear her laughter more. I was watching her closely in case anything happened. I enjoyed being around her friends too, not that being alone with her is boring, but at least we got some fun with it.
I'm drying off the last plates, after a shower, Gray came into the kitchen and takes a seat. I left her a glass of juice on the table because I knew that she would be thirsty. " I really love my surprise." she says as she takes a sip of her juice.
I turn around to face her. " I'm glad that you did. I felt that it was what you needed." I say, as I pack the plates away in the top cupboard. I turn my attention back to her.
