I think about my father the whole time after what has been said about my family. I wish that everything was different, that I could get to know my family, especially to know my grandparents personally. Maybe that is why my dad has such a huge temper. What happened between my grandparents and my dad is actually happening to us. I wish that it didn't have to come to this part.
I lay on the sofa with the blanket over me, Mark takes a seat on the other end, watching the television. "I guess that my dad thinks that its normal to cut people off." I say, Mark looks at me.
"What do you mean?" he asks.
"Well, my grandparents cut him off, because he chose me and my mother. Now, we basically cut each other off because of this, I'm with you and now I'm pregnant." I shrug.
