During my first year of college, I was struggling really badly with my mental health and over the next couple of years, it got progressively worse.
It wasn't just everything that had happened with my ex and my brother which caused my mental health to rapidly decline, it was also being so far away from home, being away from everything I knew and was familiar with and not having any of my family or close friends around me to hang out with or talk to which as you can imagine is very hard for an eighteen year old girl.
