She was lying on a soft material. Her mind was too fogy to make movement. Even the thought of her moving was hard labor. So, she stayed like that, just laying down, not moving, not even feeling the weight of her existence. It sort of floated.
It is so peaceful here.
This was peaceful for her beyond anything, which started to bother her after a while. Why is this so quite? Was it her self made heaven? Was she even alive? Being alive seemed too hard right now, specially when her body was so relaxed.
It was all peace and quite until a pain shot through her entire body. She felt herself falling and falling into the depths of hell. Her hands desperately tried to grab onto something, but there was nothing to grab onto. The darkness that once comforted her, was now creeping into her skin, poisoning her like venom. Her breathing got faster as she tried to move away, but she kept falling and falling.
HELP ME! ANYONE, PLEASE HELP ME!
But no help came. She tried to remember where she was, she tried to remember who she was. Her breathing became slower and slower. The space around her got tighter and tighter. were was she? Who is she? Well, she can't remember either...
Her body slammed on the ground.
She gasped for breath.
Her eyes were closed, but she could see light all around he, burning her eyes. She tried to cover her eyes with her hands but she was still. Her body refused to co-operate with her. She tried to scream, but all she could do was lie still. Suddenly, she heard a voice. Never before in her space has she heard a noise. It was far far away, but she could hear it. It was a whimper. A cry for help.
Could that be my voice?
She had no idea. She tried to look towards the sound. The light around her seemed less invading to her. And then another new event happened.
Her fingers twitched.
The movement made her proud, dizzy and tired at the same time. Maybe she should just sleep. Maybe sleeping was better. But the hand twitching brought a demonic presence in her body.
Pain.
It shot through her body like a crossfire in Californian forest, making it hard for her to breath. And the she tried, and tried.
HELP! HELP! IT HURTS! HELP!...
"H-H-HE-H-AH!"
Her voice cracked. She heard it! She knows how she sounds like! But the pain was harder to tolerate than the happiness. Voices around her seemed to get louder and louder as she kept groaning.
Beep.
Beep.
Beep.
Beep.
"Heart rate...function...voice...activity...doc-" The voices echoed around her as she tried to push them away. It was unbearable for her to listen to anything because she was too tired and in pain. She wanted to go back to sleep but she kept waking up. Until then she was in control, but then something ripped her eyes open, lights flood from everywhere, causing her to panic.
"It's okay, Kim. You are in fine hands." Someone spoke. And She gave a bright smile toward the source of voice. Se had never talked to anyone before in her life. But soon, oh sweet darkness took over her completely.
