They have been in the car without speaking with each other. Daniel had been on is phone ignoring Diane.
soon they got, Diane took his backpack and dropped it in his room.
She didn't wait for him to come, so she left for her room. The moment she entered,she jumped on her bed, and screamed go her pillow.
Soon it became dark, Daniel had finished setting his room as he please. Then he went to the living room and saw his mother.
"My baby" His mother screamed and hugged him so tight. It was very uncomfortable for daniel. He felt like he's going to disappear Into the thin air.
"mom you are squeezing me" he said gasping for air. His mother left him and asked him to sit.
"I really missed you my boy, how have you been doing?" She asked.
" it was fine mom, I really missed home, perhaps there is no change" He said and laughed.
They talked for a long time, so Daniel left er and went to the balcony. He knew who he was waiting for.

Diane was still mad, she was joining her mom, preparing dinner. Her mom had asked her what the problem was, but she won't reply. She had broken a dish because of her anger.
"what is your problem Diane?" Her mom asked still checking the food she kept on the cooker.
"it's him mom, he pretended like he didn't see me. who is him anyway?" she said and took the trash. She didn't wait for her mom to respond.
One thing about them is that, they don't stay in the same apartment with the Gerald's, they have their own apartment.
She got to the trashcan, and looked at it for a while. She could hear the thrilling sound of the cricket, and the horns from every vehicle that is passing.
She dropped the can into the trashcan, and turned around.
She felt someone spyiny on her. She felt scared at first then she adviced herself that it was nothing.
Still looking around, she felt a sharp object pierced to her skin. She picked it and noticed it was a stone.
"who the hell are you? if you don't come out, I'm gonna kick your *ss until you cry for your mama to come save you" She yelled. She didn't realize she just spoke in slangs.
"you, you never change" Daniel said laughing. Diane wasn't surprised, she was mad.
"oh hi, stranger why are you talking to me. Beside you should be sleeping it's too late to be outside stranger" she said and rolled her eyes and she felt his hand around her wrist.
"come on, I was just trying to see how you would react. My bad if I made you angry" He said and laughed revealing his perfect upper teeth..
Diane couldn't see his face clearly, and he must have changed.They stared at each other for. while, and then They began to walk inside the house together.
"so how was your day in boarding school" Diane asked flickering her lashes. Tht had talked for a long time.
"you haven't changed Diane, you still look the same, just that you've added some height and a little weight" He said and sneered.
"are you trying to say, I'm fat?" Diane frowned knowing he was just trying to pick on her.
"come on, I was just complimenting you okay, I don't mean any harm please save my ass" He said raising his hands in the air.
"I really missed you Daniel, you know being alone without you makes my life you complicated and boring. You didn't call my Mom to check up on me for 6 good years"She said and smacked his arm before hugging him.
"I'm sorry okay, I lost your mom's number, and I've also changed my number" He said and pinched her cheeks.
"and you still haven't changed from wearing this your nerdy glasses hmm? nerd" he teased.
"I beg your pardon? I'm not a nerd, it's for my eyes okay?" Diane frowned and smacked him again. He's right, she's a nerd. She's smart, good in math, and doesn't care if she needs some skincare.
She's also good at decision making, and doesn't care if she's wearing sh*t.
"leave me alone, I'm not like you. Handsome, pompous!" she said and hissed.
"excuse me, I'm not pompous okay" he said and got up climbing the stairs to his room.
"Goodnight grumpy Dani" She chuckled as he left frowning.
