The first sliver of indigo begins to tinge the impenetrable darkness, with each second leading to an impending sunrise. My tinpot car trundles cautiously along the narrow road, encased between tall trees and high hedges. There's a mutual feeling of claustrophobia among the group and each time we reached a sharp turn, everyone would hold their breath -- including me. Who knew what dangers lurked in the shadows?
