I sat on the couch beside Nathan, who had worn a sour look on his face since we arrived. We were watching a movie that Luna Lilah had chosen. I had no idea what it was and wouldn’t be able to tell you what it was about. My entire being was focused on Georgie. She sat on the chair at the side of the room, absentmindedly twirling her hair in her fingers as she stared at the television. She didn’t appear to be actually watching the television, more blankly staring at it.
