I drove out towards the outskirts of the pack territory.
“So, are you going to let me know this plan or am I just going to continue riding along completely in the dark?” Tom groaned as he glanced out of the window, watching the dark trees flick past us as we drove.
“Oh… sorry.” I muttered, turning the car's indicator on and driving down a dirt road. I was pretty sure that I knew some sort of layout of the territory so the trail between these houses should lead back to the pack community hall.
“You see that trail down there?” I asked, pointing to the trail ahead in the dark. Tom nodded.
“I want you to walk down the trail and hide somewhere by the road the pack hall is.” I explained. Tom looked puzzled.
“Umm, why am I hiding? I’m not the one who is in trouble, you are.” Tom q
