Melissa was going through some of the documents in the office. With her mind made up that she was moving, it seemed only logical that she should get started on that first. The pages had turned yellow with age and some of the books that had been lying open on the desk had some trouble closing.
When she eventually cleared the desk, she could go through what was there. She hadn’t even realized the time until she heard Circe calling from downstairs. Dammit! She forgot they always had breakfast together! Well, that was definitely going to change when she moved. Shouting for Circe to meet her in the office, she carried on paging through one of the books she had found earlier.
