Chapter 7 Chris’s POV “Kira!” I called over my com and waited for her to enter my office. She sauntered in, her butt swinging from side to side as she entered. She was wearing a ridiculously short red skirt and a white blouse that I could definitely see her red bra through. I closed my eyes for a second to gather my thoughts. “What!” she snapped, shutting the door behind her. Ok, so she was still angry with me after seeing the text from Rebecca. “Can we stop, I explained everything. She tells Michael she loves him too. We’re like brother and sister.” When I said it, it felt bitter on my tongue but it was true. “How goes the first day?” I asked, motioning for her to sit down. She sighed and looked at me with sad eyes. “Really well. Janine has finished showing me the system for all of the things we have cataloged and has shown me the designing system. I can’t wait to play around on it. She’s also shown me all of the designs for this year that are soon to be released. They are stunning by the way. Did Janine really design most of those?” She seemed truly in awe. “She did, with some help from myself and Kirsty, the girl who you replaced.” She clapped her hands together in excitement. “I can’t wait to get designing. I have so many ideas.” She smiled and sat back in her chair, her eyes glistening with excitement. “So, was that all you wanted?” She smiled at me playfully and I knew she was thinking about what had happened Friday night. I frowned. “Yes Kira, Also to tell you to head home without me tonight. I need to finish up some things that father sent me, so I won’t be home until late.” I saw her frown now. “Oh, ok. Well as long as you’re not finishing off Rebecca….” She glared. “Kira! I came home to you, didn’t I? I was with you all weekend. What do you want me to do to prove I want to be with you?” I questioned, rubbing my temples. She shrugged and I saw her eyes soften a little. “Fine, I’ll order us something in for tea and probably shower and watch a movie until you get home.” I nodded and smiled. “Thanks, that would be great.” She stood up but looked like she wanted to say something else. I raised my eyebrows, and she didn’t, she smiled and waved her goodbyes. I sat back in my chair and shut my eyes. I was making a huge mess of all of this. I felt dirty, like I was cheating even though I wasn’t and mine and Kiras relationship was a contract. I had seen Rebecca a few times walking around the office today and she looked stunning. Her curves were accentuated through the black dress she was wearing and although it was extremely modest, it left a lot to the imagination with how tightly it clung to her curves. I got up and headed to my personal bathroom, knowing my d**k was hard at just the thought of Rebecca, I needed to hide it. I shouldn’t do this again. I was marrying Kira. I’d always dreamt of ending up with Rebecca, but I know my duty and Kira wasn’t that bad, but after Friday night, I wanted her, Rebecca, more than ever. I stood against the cool tile wall of my bathroom, hoping it would cool me off but all it did was make me shiver. I imagined Rebecca walking into the bathroom and seeing me there, p***s threatening to burst out of my work trousers. I imagined she would drop to her knees and gently open my pants. I started stroking my shaft, imagining it was her pretty pink lips sliding up and down it. I wished I was grabbing her hair and guiding her up and down at different speeds. I was nearing my climax when my phone started ringing. It was Rebecca. I stopped stroking my shaft but didn’t button up my pants. “Hey Becca.” I said, smiling. “Hey!” She breathed. “Sorry to bother you but I’m being forced to ‘train’ on the phone lines, even though I have repeatedly told Jeanie that Ive been using them for years, so I thought I’d call to see how you were.” I could hear her smile at the other end and couldn’t stop my hand from resuming what it was doing mere seconds earlier. “Yeah, I’m great, especially now.” Rebeccas POV I had repeatedly told Jeanie that I knew how to use all the features on the phone service, conference calls, merging calls, transferring and general answering but she was adamant I needed practice. I had harassed Michael a few times and was clearly annoying him, so I decided to call Chris, hoping it wasn’t awkward after how we had left things Friday night. “Yeah, I’m great, especially now.” He answered and it made me smile. “Oh? Did I just get you out of some boring meeting?” I chuckled, knowing he would always say that when I rescued him. He chuckled but didn’t say anything. It sounded like he was somewhere other than his office though as there was a slight echo. “You did rescue me, but only from someone annoying.” I bit my lip, almost asking if it was Kira. “Well, I’m glad I could be of help.” I smiled. His breathing seemed a little bit off. “Are you ok? You sound a little out of breath.” “No, I am great” he said almost breathlessly, and it caused little butterflies to be in my stomach. Stupid brain being a traitor. We are supposed to be forgetting about Chris! “Good.” I answered, not sure what else to say. “What are you doing this evening? Fancy doing something?” As I finished my sentence, I heard him grunt. “Chris? Are you ok?” it took him a few seconds to answer. “Honestly, I’m fine Rebecca. I was just trying to grab something off a shelf.” I heard him rustling around but didn’t think it was a shelf. It sounded like clothes. “I can’t tonight, how about tomorrow?” He said and I could hear his voice returning to normal as I heard a door click closed behind him and his chair squeak. I smiled. I was worried for nothing. “Yeah, tomorrow sounds good.” I smiled and started to say my goodbyes. Chris’s POV “Ok, well I’ll see you tomorrow then!” I answered Rebecca as she hung up the phone. I was riding a high that I hadn’t felt for a while. I can’t believe I finished myself off while she was on the phone. I had never done that, but her voice tipped me over the edge. It didn’t matter what she was saying, just that she was talking. When she had asked me if I fancied doing something, it drew me into pure bliss as the only thing I could imagine doing to her was defiantly inappropriate. I sat at my desk, looking through the large glass window that opened up to the centre of the building, meaning I could see the entrance. I saw Kira leaving and frowned. Oh, god, what was I doing? I needed to stop this, especially for Kira. It wasn’t fair on her. Starting now, this is the last time I think about Rebecca again. But then I saw Rebecca leave after Kira and sighed heavily. I needed a drink and not the water, thirst quenching kind.
