Sorry that it’s been a while since I’ve written anything, but life has been pretty overwhelming for me, moving so fast and on such a bizarre, unexpected path that I still can't believe it is mine, I, Freya, who had just been a regular serving girl at the Red Eye with nothing to look forward to only weeks before.
Daciano took me to his pack so I'd see the kind of life he lives and who he really is, revealing the secrets of his true self to me. He also told me that he’s their King, and barely moments after I have joined and interacted with a number of them, I can see just how much his people love and adore him, people I'd have counted as fiction if they were not speaking to me and welcoming me to the pack.
