Daciano Three days have gone past since the bonfire. And I admit I might have overreacted to her wearing Freya’s dress. There’s no way she could have known. But that doesn’t change the effect it’d had on me. Since that day, I’ve tried to make as much amends as I can without actually uttering the words: sorry. The fact that she’s stubborn and that little things get to her more than they should are the first two of three things I’ve come to notice about her, and the third being that she hates sitting with me for breakfast every morning, looking as though she wants to be anywhere but here with me.
