The next morning
"So what exactly happened between you and this Blake guy?" Indigo asks
I sigh." I told you I spilt my drink on him, he bought me another one and we just spoke." I tell her for like the hundredth home".
"So what is Blake's surname?" She asks me. I then realise that we didn't even exchange each others surnames.
"Umm I didn't really ask," I tell her, she has a shocked expression on her face
"Excuse me?" She asks" you were speaking to him for what feels like forever and I know that because you left me on the dance floor, yet you didn't ask him what his last name is.
"I guess I just forgot, and it would be pretty weird if I just randomly asked him for his surname." Indigo just rolled her eyes and walked away.
2 Hours Later
Right now I'm on my way to work, but I decided to get a coffee on the way As I walk in, I'm greeted by my favourite barista ever.
"Hey Alex" Mason greets me
A/N: Mason also happens to be Alex's gay best friend
"Hey Mason" I greet him back
"Do you want your usual?" He asks me
"Yep, "said while popping the 'p'.
My usual Is a Caffè Americano with a Sausage, Cheddar & Egg Sandwich.
Mason comes back with my order about 5 minutes later.
"Here you go" mason said
"Thank you," I say back while I grab my stuff I get my purse out and pay him the money and walk toward the door. As I was walking out, I crash into a hard chest with a familiar scent.
When I look up I see the man I saw at the club he noticed me at the same time and started to smile while helping me up. He then goes and says " we have got to stop meeting each other like this"
I laugh and say "I agree with you on that. What are you doing here?" I ask him
"Well I was on my way to work but I didn't have a chance to have breakfast so I decided to stop by here and now I am actually really quite glad that I did," he says.
I can't help but blush, I put my face down so he doesn't see me, I then realise the time by looking at my watch.
"Well I have got to go before I'm late to work," I say to him
"Yeah I better get going as well," he says back.
With that, I gather my bags off the floor and leave the store and head off to work.
Blake's POV:
The second I saw her enter the club I realised that she is who I want to spend the rest of my life with, she was absolutely gorgeous
I was waiting for a moment for her to be alone so I could go talk to her since she was with her friend.
The moment finally came when she went towards the bar. As soon as I reached her, she had bumped into my after turning around and spilt her drink on my $230 suit jacket.
She had offered to pay for it to but I declined the offer and started to speak to her for what felt like a lifetime
She eventually had to go and we said our goodbyes and she took off. I watched her go to her friend and carry her outside of the club.
I went home soon after and couldn't get her out of my thoughts. I'm going to make her mine one day, no matter the cost she will be mine.
The Next day
I woke up and got ready for work. After about an hour, I left and my driver drove me towards there, after 5 minutes being in the car, I see Alex walk into a coffee shop.
"Stop on that street there" I point and tell my driver.
"Are you sure sir?" He asks me
"Positive," I say with a smile plastered on my face.
I get out of the car and just on time, she comes walking out of the shop and crashes into me again. Luckily this time she didn't get coffee on me.
I smile at her.
"We have got to stop meeting each other like this," I say to her
" I agree with you on that," she says. She then asks me "what are you doing here?"
I come up with a half-truth and half lie
"Well I was on my way to work but I didn't have a chance to have breakfast so I decided to stop by here and now I am actually really quite glad that I did"
I was on my way to work and I didn't have any breakfast but that wasn't the real reason why I came in here.
I see her blush and hide it. She is so adorable.
"Well I have got to go before I'm late to work," she says to me
Even though I didn't have to go to work, I still say "Yeah I better get going as well"
She then get her bags and leaves the store.
When she is out of my view, I go back toward the car and tell my driver to take me to work and he does.
I don't know what I it is, but there is just something about her that attracts me to her. I have never felt this way about anyone before. I'm a hit it and quit it type of guy not a tap it and trap it.
Ugh what am I gonna do
All I know is that I have to see her again.
Alex's POV:
That was so weird, I feel like I just embarrassed myself in front of a hot guy AGAIN.
Wait! did I just call him hot? Do I like him? What does this mean? I think to myself.
I might as well stop thinking it since I'm probably never gonna see him again.
