Ella's POV
Light streamed over my face from the opened curtain, causing me to squint as I carefully opened my eyes, one after the other. A throbbing pain pulsed at both sides of my head, making me wince.
As I turned around to take in my unfamiliar surroundings, I realized this was not my bed back at Lisa's apartment. The room, the bed, everything was foreign to me.
I tried to piece together my memories: the dinner party with Artemis, the drama in the restroom, the after-party... and then nothing. My mind was blank.
Looking down, I noticed I was in my undergarments. Startled, I sat up quickly, which only intensified my headache.
Panic began to set in. Who had undressed me?
I took a closer look at the rumbled sheets beside me. They looked as though someone had slept next to me.
