Chapter 14His parents planned to have Norah stay with them, so Oliver rushed to Ron’s apartment downtown. The fatigue from his afternoon lingered, but it too would have to wait. His focus remained on Ron to block out his unanswered questions about Una’s situation and Tony’s involvement. Dylan had only said they’d fought with the guy and Ron hadn’t won the fight, but how seriously Ron was hurt was still a mystery. They were at Ron’s apartment, so it couldn’t have been too bad.
At least Oliver hoped. Things weren’t working out like he expected them to anymore, so he wasn’t sure what kind of condition he’d find Ron in.
