Chapter 14October 13th, 2014 Bramson Bay, Oregon Cindy, the waitress and hostess for the Bay Catch restaurant in Bramson Bay looked very young as she perched on the edge of the chair in front of me. She was a pretty young woman, her blond hair pulled neatly back in a ponytail, but her face was a mess from crying. I pulled out some napkins from the dispenser on the table and pressed them into her hand. “Here.
