Chapter 33October 31st, 2014 Bramson Bay, Oregon Halloween night. I was in my room at Maybelle’s sitting on the bed, quilt pulled snuggly up over my legs, reading a romance titled Waiting for Cake. Yes, romance. There’s little enough of that in my life. I was reading and Lockwood knocked on the door.
