The rest of the Blackstone family finally arrived and found Connie finishing to make the breakfast. She had refused for Kat to help instead forced her to sit down and watch her boss Dean around the kitchen.
Carol was still at school so it was Joseph, Darren, and Stacey who showed up. They all hugged Kat telling her how glad they were she was alright.
"Really mom, we have been looking all over for you. People do not do such things at your age," Joseph said turning to his mother and scolding her.
"Why I would never," she said. " So what if I sneaked out when you were all getting ready? I could not hold off checking on Kat that long. You should have brought her home last night," Connie said defensively.
