After the little chat with Justin, Kat dished for him and left when he collected his plate. She had lost her appetite.
She went to feed the horses then decided that exploring might cheer her up. She saddled Mercury ,mounted and left the barn.
Ten minutes later she discovered a river that seemed to pass between her farm and the Blackstone's farm. Kat dismounted and tied the reins to a tree to explore further on foot.
