He was simply breathtaking.
Head thrown back in pleasure, arms gently caressing my waist as I rocked him. My snake-like movements synced with the slow background music.
I could feel his bulge brushing against my wet core. My grip on his suit tightened as a moan fell off my lips.
"f**k!" He cursed, moving his hands up my back. I barely realized when he unhooked my bra until it dropped to my thighs.
His hand slowly curled around my neck and he pulled me backwards until the back of my head was resting against his shoulders.
His other hand cupped my right breast and squeezed causing a gasp to escape my lips. His heated tongue flickered around my earlobe.
There was a knock suddenly, and a curse escaped his lips, but it was all that was needed to slap my senses back.
What exactly was I thinking, letting him touch me like that?
I got off him quickly with a mortified expression and picked up my bra. He was off the seat, standing in front of me just as the door opened, shielding me from the intruder.
Manager Kim walked in.
"I didn't invite you in," Davies stated.
"I know. It's just that it's time for her to head home, else her aunt would be here to throw a fit and we don't want to attract that kind of attention here," he said.
I quickly hooked my bra. I knew my aunt; she wouldn't care if I spent the night as long as it brought more money, but I didn't want to give her that opportunity.
"Did I... Perhaps interrupt something?" He asked and I quickly stepped out of Davies' protection and walked to him.
"I was just leaving," I told him and he looked between Davies and I.
"Is that so, sir?"
I frowned, wondering what stunt he was trying to pull. He was the one who walked in here to say that it was time for me to go so what did it matter if we were doing something or not?
Davies ignored him and stepped closer to me. I tried not to shiver as his sizzling breath hit the back of my neck.
"The guards have something prepared for you. Get it on your way out," he whispered.
"Okay," I muttered and scurried out of the room. Manager Kim didn't immediately come after me which I was grateful for.
As soon as I stepped out of the room, I was given five money bundles. I was stunned at first but I didn't have the time to argue over the amount. I collected it quickly and hurried to the dressing room.
I threw my dress on and stuffed the money in my back before hurrying out of the room. I left the club immediately and headed home.
On getting home, I quickly threw the money bundles through my bedroom windows before heading inside.
As expected, my aunt was waiting for me.
"You're back early. Are you sure you did any work at all?" Aunt Sylvia asked, prompting me to check the old clock on the wall.
I looked at her in surprise. 11 pm was too early?
She let out a scoff on interpreting my expression.
"Mr Kim hasn't sent your payments yet so I'm not sure what to do with you now. Usually, I receive the money before you get home," she said.
I tried to pretend that her worry over payment instead of my safety was normal.
"I'm sure he will. He was the one who told me to go home," I shrugged.
"What?" She exclaimed. "Did you get yourself fired? Who is going to pay the rent and your father's medical bills?"
I ignored her and headed to the kitchen. There were no leftovers for me to eat as usual so I picked an apple from the fridge and headed to my room.
I unlocked it and locked it the moment I stepped in. I picked up the cash and hid it in the bag I intended to take to the hospital tomorrow after my interview.
Because of my aunt's impulsive nature, I didn't dare save money at home. I might just return one day to find my lock broken and money gone. I didn't want that.
I finished my apple and took a long shower. As soon as I hit my bed, I fell asleep.
The alarm blazed through my dreams and I was forced to get off the bed. I hurried downstairs and washed up the dirty plates and cleaned the floors because apparently, Jana's perfect skin would get infected if she got anywhere close to dirt.
There was nothing in the fridge, which meant no breakfast, so I left a note on the fridge, pleading with my aunt to use some of last night's payment to get groceries.
At six-thirty, I was heading to Vince Enterprises for my interview. Luckily for me, my brain had gotten me an early degree in business management just before my father fell ill.
There was no hope for me to go further, but I hoped I could at least get the PA job with the little boost in my resume.
On arriving at the company, I was shocked by the long line of candidates waiting for the interview. It made me wonder how many people applied for the job.
I couldn't afford to miss this, or else I would be forced to take up a coffee shop or waitress position, which weren't exactly jobs that could pay for surgery in three months.
I tried not to panic just yet and waited patiently. Most of the workers arrived before seven but the interviewer was yet to show up.
By eight, a long line of cars drove in and from the whispers, I realized it was the CEO.
However, nothing prepared me for the shock I fell into when the blue-eyed man stepped into the building.
No way!
Davies Vincenzo was CEO of Vince Enterprises?
