Clint told all the cowboys to gather all the guns and ammo, gunpowder, and TNT, put them on the carriage, get the horses prepared, and say goodbye to their kids and wives, as they would be gone for at least two months.
Little Parrot Chief said Do you think we can trust the cowboys, and what about after the war against the underground people? “ Thunder said I think they think the same way we are.
We just got to go with the plan, and the Cowboys want underground people gone, so they will behave, and I’m sure after the war against the underground people, they will want to go home.
It’s a long journey and a long battle, so I think the big wolf idea and plan is good and will work. Okay, thunder, but I still don’t trust them. We will just have to see. Little parrot chief, relax and try not to think about it.
We are heading home and will return in 25 days. The cowboys said they have a quicker way, and there’s a bridge to get over the river.
Okay, I can’t wait; I’ve missed my kids and wife and home, and bed. One hour passed, and it was time to start the journey. Thunder and the little parrot led the way to start with.
They had to meet the other Cherokee messengers first, and then the cowboys would lead the way for the rest of the journey. They galloped along with the cowboys. They were nearly at the camp where the other Cherokee messengers were.
They couldn’t see anyone there as they got closer; there was still no sight of them. Thunder was looking concerned when they got there, and there was blood everywhere, and not one Cherokee messenger.
Thunder turns around and looks at Clint. He shouts at Clint and says It was your men, wasn’t it? Clint says to the Little Parrot Chief, What’s he saying? Why is he shouting at me? Little Parrot Chief looks at him with an angry face and tells him what he said.
Clint tells them it wasn’t me and wasn’t my men, we would have killed you guys, we are serious about the underground people, and I’m sorry about your friends, it could have been the underground people.
They have to keep moving. Thunder tells Little Parrot Chief he doesn’t think it was the Cowboys, but was confused about who it could have been, and there were no dead bodies. They carried on; it was the cowboys leading the way.
They went through the woods, and they could see what looked like bodies hanging from the trees. They got closer, and it was the Cherokee messengers. Thunder couldn’t believe his eyes. He jumped off the horse and climbed the tree to cut them down.
He was crying with anger, he told Clint and the cowboys, we are not going anywhere until we bury them. Clint tells Little Parrot Chief to tell him we will help, but we can’t stop for long.
They dug 6-foot holes in the ground. Clint noticed they had markings on them, and he recognized them, so he showed Thunder and told him it was the Vikings; they must be here, they turn up twice a year.
The little Parrot Chief said How do you know it’s their markings. Clint replies, it’s like a snowflake shape if you ever kill one. Look at the back of their necks.
They put all the dead bodies in the ground, and they say their goodbyes and carry on their journey. Little Parrot Chief looks at Thunder and asks him if he is alright.
He replies Yes, I’m okay. We will come back for their bodies when all this is over, and they will then have a proper burial. As they get further through the woods, they see a fire in the distance, but it’s not in the direction they need to go.
Thunder tells Little Parrot Chief to tell Clint that it could be the Vikings. Can we go that way first? Clint tells the parrot, our object is the underground people; we are not fighting for you unless it’s the underground people.
Thunder looks at Clint and tells the Little Parrot Chief to tell him they can carry on. We are going to check if that’s the Vikings.
Clint tells them he will come with them, but this is the last time they stop or waste time. He made them promise they wouldn’t change direction or stop after this.
Thunder and the little parrot chief both promised Clint, and they made their way towards the smoke in the distance. Thunder was really hoping it would be the Vikings. He wanted revenge so badly. As they get closer, it’s confirmed that it is the Vikings.
Clint tells the cowboys to attack. The Cowboys charge and start shooting the Vikings. The Vikings drop to the floor they retreat and run like cowards.
Thunder chases after the leader he knows it is the leader because he has the captain symbol on his face. Thunder doesn’t want him dead, yet he gets close and pulls out his throwing AXE. He then throws it towards his legs he gets him.
The Viking leader drops to the floor. The Viking shouts to his men, but they don’t listen they carry on running.
Thunder jumps off his horse he runs up to the Viking leader and kicks him in the face. The Viking leader's face explodes with blood everywhere. Thunder pulls out his bow and arrow. He then shoots him in the eye it goes through the eye and through the back of his head. The Viking leader is dead.
Thunders tells the little parrot to climb the tree and tie a rope to hang the Viking. The little parrot chief does as he asks before they dangle the Viking leader. They carved into the Viking leader's skin they carved Indian symbols all over him.
Clint tells Thunder we need to move again. They travel a few more miles, and Clint tells the cowboys to set camp for the night and will start the journey early in the morning.
