CHAPTER SEVEN MIRA Milos threw a fit the next day when I still refused to fight, but at least he didn’t shoot me with arrows again. He had his orders though, so he still had a few of the guards knock me around a bit, but they got bored with it pretty quickly. As far as they knew, they’d broken me so badly that I couldn’t put up a fight anymore. I saw no reason to let them think otherwise.
