The pack house buzzed with activity. Even the air seemed lighter, as if the world itself celebrated my victory. It was surreal, the Moon Goddess had chosen me, of all people, to be the Luna. I tried to focus on that thought, letting it drown out the weight of everything else.
The memory of the Moon Goddess transforming from that injured child into her radiant, divine form played on a loop in my mind. It felt like witnessing the birth of a star. Her voice was so powerful and commanding that made the earth tremble. None of us dared to look up. The light she emitted wasn't just bright, it was blinding, searing.
