The Great Russian Federation, (GRF) equivalent of NASA is known as ROSCOSMOS with headquarters in Moscow, Russia. Excluding Intel gathering, surveillance, defence, hybrid wars and communications, its other key objectives include closely monitoring key activities at NASA, ESA, China and British satellites in space .

ROSCOSMOS, the state corporation for space activities is the only Great Russias federal space agency founded in 1992AD, it generally oversee the country's space programs, research and international cooperation. It evolved from the defunct Soviet Space Program in (1950's_1991)It has some iconic achievements linked to its space program efforts, such as the success of Sputnik 1(1957), Yuri Gangarin (1961),Salyut/Mir space Stations. The organisation was headed by Boris Yogolslov who took over from the aging, but competent Yuri Borisoy.Its notable facilities among others are:

(1)Balkonor cosmodrome (Kazakhstan, leased)

(2)Vostochny cosmodrome, Russia etc

On crewed space, ROSCOSMOS relay heavily on Soyuz as against NASA's use of Space X advanced satellites and Blue Origin.

ROSCOSMOS has no specific equivalent of SETI, however, in alliance with renowned independent Russian scientists like Alexander Zaitsev,Moslov Sayiv, Monica Alantov, private space research institutes, and at various times with NASA and ESA,ROSCOSMOS had been involved with special tasks and projects regarding detection and interceptions of bio and techno signatures of alien civilizations.

In this occasion, using Kosmos 3556 and 2576 for space surveillance,with Burevestnik _M/KS_M covert satellites involved in a routine higher altitude research, they noticed an unusual flurry of active communications between Washington and Beijing. It was at first logged in as normal. But the sudden repositioning of China's LUDI TANCE 4.01 phased array satellite, and NASA's Habitable War Observatory (HWO) alignment and focus on the distant cloudy formation of Cygnus Constellation raised alot of eyebrows at ROSCOSMOS. Electronic files were dusted. Laser, electronic and magnetic eyes and ears were primed and focus on US National Reconnaissance Office(NRO) and China's CNPA headoffice in Beijing. The FSB were dragged in with a direct order from the GRF president, Boris Yulsun.

Words soon came over the grapevine that, there was something really big going on, something on a level never before seen or heard. There were unconfirmed leaked reports of very high profile meetings in Washington and Beijing, and the words bio signatures and techno signatures are in the offing, and nothing more.

The GRF president, Boris Yulsun was furious. Young, smart, athletic, good looking and highly intelligent. He rouse from the ashes of obscurity to occupy the exalted position of the president of the GRF in 2035AD.An intelligent officer by profession, he spent a huge chunk of his life as FSB counter intelligence officer per excellence designated to the foreign affairs department. Most of his personal life was shrouded in secrecy. Married to a former actress, with two lovely kids, president Yulsun is a no nonsense man. Always straight to the point like a ramrod, president Yulsun could be vicious, down to earth and thorough in his dealings. He always senses trouble when it was a long way away. And right now he senses one, and a very dangerous one for that matter.

He moved back and forth, his hands clasped behind his back with a disturbing look on his face. The report from the FSB regarding happenings at NASA and CNPA is quite disturbing. Something is definitely out of place. Sitted round the upholstery table at the presidential palace in Moscow were the FSB director, Victor Volgor, Chief of military intelligence, Orgar Nosjov, GRF's defence minister, Alexi Vonculv, ROSCOSMOS director, Ivan Jolsuv and president's chief of staff, Antonio Vellev. The updated report by FSB regarding happenings at NASA and CNPA on each person's front.

"get those damn satellites primed to track every single pulse of communication from the two foxes. Not a word should escape your ears, nor a visual your eyes", that he directed to ROSCOSMOS director, Jolsuv.

"done, sir", was the stern reply.

Pointing at the FSB director with a forefinger, he stated, "there is something really fishy going on of global magnitude, and we are not yet in the picture. The existential implications of this could be disastrous, if not catastrophic" he continued, "the world will not exist without the GRF"

"yes sir, if they are in contact with some kind of super beings before us, it might spell disaster for us with them having first hand advantage, whatever that is" the defense minister said, raising a Vital point of concern,looking up from his file.

"I hereby ordered an explicit presidential directive red alert of the highest priority for total mobilisation of resources and assets wherever necessary for the FSB and affiliated agencies to get to the bottom of this within the soonest possible time, and a report on my desk, at most, in 2 weeks time "the president said, his fist clenched, with a vicious frown on his face. The meeting ended soon after that.
