Of notable importance was that no repeated signal was intercepted again,, nor was the initial intercepted signals decrypted yet, despite tremendous efforts by professional decryptors using AI and cutting edge code breaking mechanism and softwares at key United States and Chinese public and private institutions. The key points of this meeting were broadly spelt out as follows :

(2)the positive derivatives of such contact if proven to be of friendly and superior technology

(3)the devastating consequences of tampering with the normal circle, order and nature of life on earth

(5)the catastrophic consequences on earth, if proven to be of superior technology and hostile

(6)the fear and matual distrust that may leads to deadly rivalry on earth between nations for first hand advantage,to be used as leverage against other nations if not properly handled

The meeting concluded with a bilateral agreement to treat this challenge as a collective interest of global existential security and development of our planet earth and its inhabitants.

With further collective reach out for cooperation and participation of key public and private key global influential public enlightenment channels, and platforms to curtail the shocking impact of this development on global civilization, and also pre empt the break down of organised social order on earth.

The recommendations were as follows:

Professor Ben Haifa has spent the best part of his life as a professor emeritus at the department of languages and linguistics in" Hebrew University of Jerusalem" at Tel Aviv. A quiet man by nature, good humoured with the patient of a vulture. He is a man of few words and absolute dedication to any good course that benefits mankind, despite his controversial stance on the issue of Israeli /Palestinian conflicts.He has a lot of outstanding publications on coding and decoding of languages to his credit. Occasionally, he worked for free for the Israeli MOSSAD, essentially aiding the the institute in breaking secret foreign codes and signals which he regarded as a call of national duty. Now retired, an accomplished man living a peaceful life at a secluded water front cottage at the outskirts of Haifa in Israel with a dedicated bet dog, Salim as a companion. This was the man in the eyes of the storm. On one cool Sunday morning, Ben Haifa was visited by two amiable looking young men of European descent. They appeared well dressed, respectful with alot of knowledge about him, and his life noble accomplishments which they deemed with high regard. At first, he thought of them as mere harmless, curious, Young admirers seeking for an autograph as they accasionally do, but the more they explain their mission point after point, the more the smart professor saw rational reasons and absolute sense of noble course in their talks. The meeting lasted for barely an hour, and with amazingly respectful pleasantries from them, their next meeting was scheduled for the next day. The urgency of the matter, the genuine confirmation of their identity which he did through his backdoor contacts with MOSSAD, and the sense of adventure involved suddenly aroused the interest of Ben Haifa. It might as well be his last stitch at helping humanity before he kissed life goodbye.

After their third meeting which took place in the US embassy in Tel Aviv, Ben Haifa has reached the point of no return. After all, now at 72, and grappling daily with possibly terminal stomach ulcer, he has nothing to lose, and every thing to gain, as long as the project wasn't against the interest of the state of Israel.
