Maddox POV
We head right to my father’s office and unfortunately walk in on him and my mother. “For f***k’s sake,” I yell pulling the door shut two seconds after I opened it. I hear Lucy cough to cover her laugh, but Chad doesn’t even try. We hear some rustling around, apparently I didn’t pull the door shut all the way, and a minute later my father opens the door with a smug look on his face.
“Maybe you’ll start knocking before you barge into my office from now on.”
“Ever hear of locking the door?” I ask him through gritted teeth.
“It didn’t occur to me,” my mother says walking to stand by the door as well. “No one comes into his office without knocking.”
“We can have this conversation after I figure out how to bleach something from my mind.”
“Oh please,” my father scoffs, “like you
