Maddox POV
I watch Vicktor bring Lucy back and try to kiss her. I may have no right to be pissed about it but I am, the only thing that calms me, and Leo, is that Lucy turns away. I watch as he leaves to make sure he doesn’t turn around and try to kiss her again. When I’m satisfied he won’t be back I watch Lucy go to the edge of the woods and go in past the clothing box. She must shift on the other side of it and then take off. I get a brief glance of light brown, almost blonde colored, fur take off into the woods. I decide to go after her, to make sure she’s safe. With everything happening lately we can’t be too careful. I get to the woods at the same spot she was at and shift.
Leo takes over almost immediately picking up her scent and following it. It doesn’t take us long to spot her,
