In the morning, the air outside seemed sweet and lovely.
The preparations were going on and everyone was busy with work.
That day was really special because Mom and Carina came to help me get prepared for the function. The thing that I had never seen in my life,ge getting dressed up by my mom.
They applied some cosmetics to my face to make me glow. I heard them calling it make-up. It was indeed new to my ears.
Those things worked for sure, they were not yet done with dressing me up but my face was already glowing.
I looked extremely beautiful. My looking explained and showed the true meaning of beauty.
I indeed looked awesome ? but was angry at heart because I kept comparing the looks of the prince I was about to marry ( dad had shown me his pictures) so I kept comparing him to the dream guy. The man in my dreams extremely handsome even though his face was not clearly shown to me.
Was I going to sit quietly and marry that prince? No I won't allow this to happen to me, I kept counseling myself deep down my heart.
After making me ready, Mom and Carina left for some other work and so they asked Bella, Jen and Linie to come and give me company.
This time I didn't want company but I had nothing to do to stop them from coming to my room.
I was planning to leave the room through the window when I heard my best friends' voices coming closer towards my room.
I hurriedly hid my bags and sat down quietly to act as the best bride ever.
They entered and started teasing me. They knew I was not happy with what was happening but on the other hand they believed that I had given up since I had tried every possible way and failed.
Linie and Bella started lecturing me about marriage, woman's responsibilities in a family.
They told me that marriage is not only about love. That problems, sorrows and pain are also part.
Their lectures were so touching but I wasn't picking anything since I believed I was not going to marry that soon as they thought.
As they kept on with their lectures, I felt like busting and that's when I spoke to them rudely.
Stop your nosense. I said out of anger and pain.
Before they could add anything, they saw tears running down my cheeks.
They all stood up in amazement.
We are sorry, we didn't mean to hurt you our lady.they said.
It's okay my dear, it's not your fault that am marrying against my will.
I am doing this for my family and the people of Simie empire. Their safety and well-being are my pleasure.
They all started crying as well.
At least we are now even.
At first they were torturing me emotionally so it was my turn to blackmail them emotionally too.
But they were wasting my time by keeping in the room. I wanted to move out of the room before the guests arrive and call for me.
I immediately thought of something.
I sent them for different works so that they can leave the room.
After they had gone, I picked up my bags and jumped through the window that was facing to the flowergarden.
In the garden,it was where the tunnel's entrance was.
I went through the tunnel but I had no idea where I was going to end up to because we had used it during the night so I didn't master it too well.
