"Ma'am, Mr. Solomon said that he's not eating. He said you should eat all the food alone. He's not hungry and now not going to consider eating till further notice" Mrs. Solomon was taken aback when she heard the maid deliver this message to her. She widened her eyes in shock as she stared fixedly at the maid.
"Do you mean that he told you all this?" She wanted to ask but decided against it. Pulling her two lips into her mouth, she swallowed her words. She had thought of what to do to get her husband to start eating. The man has refused to taste anything ever since Shulamite dealt with the hallmarks group.
"You may leave" Mrs. Solomon finally said to the maid, who bowed slightly before exiting the dinning room.
