Don’t get too upset. Parents are funny like that. Maybe it’s not so much about you as it is about them. You don’t know what they’re thinking. Your brother said he didn’t think there was a problem, so I’d forget it. We have each other anyway. We’ll be our own family unit. We’ll get a dog and then we’ll have everything.
McKenny must be in a good mood lately. He’s given Burton permission to teach me more about cooking and how to run a commercial kitchen. I’m f*****g thrilled. We’ll both be leaving here with a new skill.
Henderson still hasn’t found out that Tran is whoring himself around D Block. By this stage, f*****g him must be akin to throwing a sausage into a swimming pool. Henderson’s going to catch something if he doesn’t wise up soon.
