We're sitting on the front porch steps, enjoying the sun with the kids. Henrique is running all over the place chasing the birds, kicking a ball, falling, getting up, and running again. Yan is in the stroller enjoying the sun, and Susan, Emma, and I are sitting next to each other.
Susan: Kids are amazing, they bring life to our lives.
Emma: Since I had Yan, I can't imagine life without him. I could have become a mother earlier.
Susan: Earlier? Of course not, he wouldn't be my nephew.
Emma: I didn't mean it like that. I've been with Dylan for a while, and we took our time having our first child.
Susan: Well, Lari gave me a nephew too. I'm in love with them. I want more nephews.
Emma: Let's take it easy.
