Lauren could still hear the music from the twinkling lights in her head as she pushed the outfit she'd worn to AUDREY'S as far down into her laundry hamper as possible and changed into a flowing, lace nightgown that looked like something out of a Gothic novel. Picking up a rag, she pranced over on light feet to Trevor's book case. Dusting was easy enough, didn't require any attention, and was as good an activity as any to appease Trevor’s demands. She hummed bars of music softly to herself, letting her feet dance a little to the beat, her hips swaying as she reached up to move the rag along the top shelves.
