"You didn't do anything, did you?" He shook his head, already knowing the answer to his question.
"I couldn't..." My voice shook as I spoke, "At that moment I was disoriented, in pain, I was heartbroken" I whispered.
"What did I teach you about emotions? What did I teach you about being too sentimental?" He growled, rising to his feet as he advanced towards me.
"Father, I couldn't control this one. She was my mate, every emotion I felt was beyond my control!" I cried out. Ever since the incident with Amelia and the rogue occurred, I hadn't thought much about it but now, talking about it with my father, I could feel tears threatening to fall out of my eyes but I held them back, my father would only laugh at me and call me a weakling.
