By the time Becka finally stood to leave, it was a few minutes after midnight. Neither woman had realized how much time had passed. The notes, the questions, and the memories had slowly consumed the evening until the glowing numbers on the microwave clock finally demanded attention. 12:07 a.m. Lizzy blinked. "How is it midnight?"
