As I walked through the long corridor, my heart danced with excitement. A side smile tugged at the corner of my lips because of what I had just done. At last, I had planted a great doubt in Gerald’s heart about Aiden. And dad, he was just too gullible. I could see the belief in his eyes while I was speaking. He had a little mix of suspicion and disappointment in his eyes and that was what I needed.
