Rose’s Pov
As I peeled my eyelids open, it felt like a stone was placed at the top of my eyes. My eyes were so heavy as if they wanted to keep me sleeping like that forever. I felt a throbbing pain in my head as if a hammer was being used to pound it from the inside.
At first, my sight was blurry. The whole place felt like it was moving as I saw something like shapes flying in the air. I thought I was going to faint again. I began to blink slowly and carefully. I did it several times until the room began to steady. Little by little, things got into focus.
