Aiden’s Pov
The loud and urgent knock on the door made the door swing open and they came in before I even asked them to.
Fred and Ivy stormed into my room, with a worried expression on their faces. Fred’s lips were tightly pressed together as his eyes scanned the room before it finally landed on me.
“Aiden, Ivy told me about everything that happened. What are we going to do now?” Fred stated quickly, his tone full of concern.
His words made me come out of the fog that I had been sitting in. For hours, I had been sitting by the side of my bed, staring at the floor with my hands on my head. My chest was heavy with pain and I could barely gather my emotions together.
